Compared to that $30 for palworld that works on ANY console is a really good deal. Pokemon has just gotten way too greedy with multiple versions and the community has scalped the actual GOOD games from the franchise to the point brand new pokenormies are stuck with buggy switch slop and terrible laggy graphics. If you didn't buy into the franchise before COVID you will never enjoy the golden age of pokemon when games were $40 a copy and pokemon games lined every shelf at every game store and you didn't need to pay a $15 yearly subscription for online to battle and trade with friends. Plus Home didn't exist so you only needed $5 a year for Bank to trade up your GBA pokemon.
Shit was way too sweet and the greedy devs ruined it. I seriously doubt pokemon will ever be a good franchise ever again unless they rerelease all the old games and build off of what made them good, QUALITY ASSURANCE
