I recently got back into pokemon, played the game a shit load and decided to check out the show. I hadnt watched the series since G/S/C days so I was interdasted. I tune in just to hear a high-pitched, super enthusiatic "Pi-KA!" and the them song starts.
I cried. A little bit, not like sobbing, but there were definitely tears. The nostalgia hit me like a fucking bomb. That shit was my childhood.
