The entire Bulbasaur line is great, kinda middling opinion on the other two(prefer Squirtle line).

Hard to pick between Greninja or Delphox, but I prefer the earlier forms of the Fox over the frog. Chespin line is alright outside the middle stage.

I like all the final forms. Wasn't too sure about Incineroar, but playing him in Smash sold me on him.

Water-types are overall the best type. Even when they aren't the best outright they are usually a close second. Grass is more consistently good than Fire, but Fire has better peaks.
