Goes from rounded dragon with some armor to a scrawny husk of armor, the axe motif is kinda cool but I like Fraxure a hell of a lot more than Haxorus

I don’t think final stages work like that.
The middle evo shares traits of both first and final.
The final later expands upon the trait the middle has gained.

For instance, Haxorus is not a bigger Fraxure, but Fraxure looks like an Axew with Haxorus traits.

Use the Axew line as a reference
Haxorus looks related Axew but is strongly different in design. Fraxure serves a the transitional bridge. It's a bit closer to Axew's design but now shares design elements of the final form
