Pokemon are so fucking hard to design for some reason - maybe it's just because of how aware we are of others' expectations. But I've seen some great ideas in this thread, and this one knocked it out of the park.

For contrast, here's one anemic attempt I did to make a fakemon. I figured it'd fit into the Galar region since it's inspired by a court jester.
