What'll actually happen is after the initial "hype" around the first few episodes everyone will drop it and forget about it. The series will be SM 3.0 with a school setting/hub location, a lack of classic traveling by bumming around in forests and under the stars, and Riko will become Ash tier in strength because she won't be sticking around for more than one series. They won't slow burn her like Ash was because that would mean committing to her for the next 10+ years.
