Admittedly, there's a few great stand-outs, but starting with Gen III I feel like Psychic just became a dumping ground for weird shit. Maybe "bad" is too subjective, but you can't deny "weird." Mr. Mime's probably the only real oddball in the Psychic family from Gen I and II (and hell, I like him in a campy kind of way), but the only post-Gen II Psychic types I'm really a fan of are Reuniclus and Malamar.
I also dig Drowzee and Hypno, which is why they're the only Psychic pokemon I really have a picture of to attach to this post.
