As for the question, I would likely just stay at home and live somewhere alone, ideally in the suburbs or a more rural area. I would spend a lot of time educating my Flareon (since Pokemon typically have sapience) until she can read and write, and perhaps we would both live (hopefully) normal lives together. I wouldn't want to travel because it would garner too much attention - rather, just live a quiet and peaceful life.
Of course, when I think about this scenario, I always tend to think of the legal and ethical issues about engineering a new species of animal into existence on the off-chance that this miraculously happens. It's like I can't even let myself have fun thinking about these fantasies either.
