the buff doesn't seem to help much though and Ampharos gets Dragon pulse now, which is now ranged.
As for Minccino, check this pic. Tail Slap ain't around
and there's still no Cinccino sprite so no evo, still not too happy about that one, though Doubleslap is more or less the same move. Dont let this stop you from using one, it's still pretty good.
