For some reason XDelta refused to recognize any White2 Roms I was trying to patch so I had to use an online patcher to patch the NDS to VW2 and then VW2 Classic.
Now that its all patched, after fucking with MelonDS settings until it booted I'm able to watch the opening cinematic, and then the game just cuts to a totally black screen. It does show in the opening credits that it was patched to VW2, as it credits Drayano and AphexCubed.
At that point I'm at a loss. Either the online patcher didn't actually work and the game is fucked past the cinematic. Or its another issue with MelonDS I don't even know where to start solving.
