Ok since the whole Dragonith fakemon thing is already way too deep what with everyone thinking that OP is Dragonith and all, I'm just gonna post this just for the heck of it.
The blacked out ones are ones he plans on redesigning, and the few empty spaces are the ones he's yet to put in. He started this dex prior to gen 6, which is why there are very few Fairy types. Also, if you really are interested, I highly recommend you actually look at the descriptions of his fakemon, because he provides quite a lot of flavor text.
