Go crazy. Only real guidelines are no Wonder Guard or Pure/Huge Power unless justifiable and don't change HP.
NOTE: If you dislike Megas and/or minmaxing, leave the thread now. Complaining won't accomplish anything, and unlike Game Freak, this thread doesn't hurt anyone. Thanks.
I'll start with the Regis:
>Mega Regirock
Rock
No Guard
HP: 80
Attack: 140 (100 +40)
Defense: 200
Sp. Atk: 10 (50 -40)
Sp. Def: 200 (100 +100)
Speed: 50
Total: 680 (580 +100)
Super bulky Rock Polish sweeper. No Guard means Stone Edge actually hits.
>Mega Regice
Ice
Snow Warning
HP: 80
Attack: 10 (50 -40)
Defense: 200 (100 +100)
Sp. Atk: 140 (100 +40)
Sp. Def: 200
Speed: 50
Total: 680 (580 +100)
Another Rock Polish sweeper, with same stat formula as 'rock (+40 on higher atk, +100 on lower defense to equalise at 200, -40 on useless lower attack).
Snow Warning makes Blizzard hit, like No Guard does for Stone Edge.
>Mega Registeel
Steel
Filter
HP: 80
Attack: 100 (75 +25)
Defense: 185 (150 +35)
Sp. Atk: 100 (75 +25)
Sp. Def: 185 (150 +35)
Speed: 30 (50 -20)
Total: 680 (580 +100)
Basically the same Curse/Iron Head user but with +25 on both attacks and +35 on both defenses, so a bit bulkier. -20 Speed because it's useless anyway. Filter helps, too.
>Mega Regigigas
Normal/Fighting
Iron Fist
HP: 110
Attack: 180 (160 +20)
Defense: 130 (110 +20)
Sp. Atk: 100 (80 +20)
Sp. Def: 130 (110 +20)
Speed: 120 (100 +20)
Total: 770 (670 +100)
Just +20 on everything except HP. The main buff here is obviously having Iron Fist instead of Slow Start. Fighting for Drain Punch STAB. Probably ends up Uber, but that's fine considering it's supposed to be the strongest of the quartet.
