Honestly I'm not sure what to do for it, it's completely fucking bald aside from the three spikes it has. tried to replicate with a bow. Really not sure what do for it. Though I do like the pony tail in the back feel like I should've done that for the Kingdra. Also starting to realize how weird the evolution line is.
