>>50184828Brent's Pokemon friends... well are his friends & band mates. Each one has their own personality and goal and Brent's always been very supportive of their goals and their dreams. To them, Brent is one of their greatest allies and one of their best friends, who is willing to not only put his life on the line for them but is most importantly; reliable, supportive, and honest. He puts his money where his mouth is and fights side by side with them at every opportunity available. Also he has the power to back up his words, he told each of them when they joined up with him something along the lines of "As long as I draw breath, you will never fight alone." and he meant it.
For example, Brent and Lucy the Luxray have a very close bond and partnership. Brent's more peaceful and diplomatic while Lucy is more aggressive and values power/being the strongest. Despite Brent not liking fighting, he chose to help and support Lucy's dream of being the very best like no one ever was! Both have bled, taken literal bullets and the wrath of God for each other, and they'd do it again without question, because they respect, love, and care about one another that much. And when it came down to Lucy's dream they succeeded at that, to this day I'm pretty sure Lucy is one of if not the most powerful Luxray on the planet after all the crazy stuff these two had to go through.
