All Megas/Ze-Moves/Dyna ever did was make strong Pokemon even stronger. This gimmick finally lets shitmons change their type and suddenly become awesome. See: any non Ice Type Avalug, it actually becomes a good Pokemon with Steel type for example.
It's a good gimmick finally.
The non attacking Z-moves were kind of interesting though
