I started with the OG games, so you might dismiss this out of hand, but I'm having fun playing this fucking game. I was kind of annoyed at first because I kept forgetting my first Pokémon couldn't batte in wild encounters, but after Trainer battles became more constant it became a lot cooler. I want Abilities and held items. I still want wild battles. The new dynamic is cool though once you get used to it, and it gets more difficult, especially when those fuckers start to run away and you start to run out of poke balls and money. I did get autistic about natures and stuff as I always do, but that stretched the playtime out a lot. Just got to Cerulean Gym, and I'm about to pass out (last minute downloaded that shit for midnight.). Maybe not for everyone, but this is a kinda good thread. I also want all Pokémon in the game btw. Still kinda good though
