Finally achieved final form. Just cleaned my rival's clock in Canalave, and I think I'm going to take this opportunity to explore the region a bit more before I challenge the gym, because I know there are some locations I have yet to go to for some encounter chances.
Fantina would have been way more frightening had Episkyros not gotten an Ominous Wind boost, as my intended strategy was relying on Poseidon for Mismagius. My rival wasn't too scary either - I've been worrying about his bird and his Torterra especially, but I've been able to nuke Staravia with Xander and Episkyros landed a Toxic on Torterra, afterwhich Phoebos stalled him out.
All in all I'm so happy. I really enjoy my team and feel like its clicking together. I hope my luck holds and they can keep being together through the next three badges.
