- Ice Type
-- Snow is great at absorbing sound waves.
- Ground Type
-- Ground type works well with vibrations such as Earthquake.
- Ghost Type
-- Sound travels slowest through gasses. (Which would be the closest thing to a ghost.)
Not Effective against...
- Sound Type
-- An inverted sound wave will cancel out another sound wave.
