If Arceus is responsible for the creation of the multiverse and maybe even the wider Pokémon Omni-verse. Than thats when Arceus stomps.
Supermans speed is really his best asset in most if not all of his versus fights. He arguably has the best in canon speed feats and speed scaling for any fictional character in human history.
