Let's be honest, these games are not what you wanted or expected when they announced pokemon for Switch 2 years ago. Nobody wanted a 3DS-like game with bare minimum content and half the roster.
I think they will realize this when they beat it and get bored of the raids. Not that it matters since the sales ensure more games of it's quality.
You get what you deserve from here on out.

I've been following the pre-release of Pokemon games since Platinum and I don't remember a game ever taking this long to be dumped or datamined (other than X/Y since that couldn't be datamined but we still knew more about the entire game than S/S). Usually the games are leaked or dumped about 2 weeks before released. Why is this one taking so long?
