gotta run around in a dark maze and do the punching bag minigame or whatever it is in essentials
the catch is you have to score 120 points in 2 minutes, but you don't have enough bags, so you have to redo some of the bags but they don't reset until you punch all of them and even then it's the first bags you punched
also all the dialogue from trainers adds up, so you're definitely not guaranteed to do it first try
