Basically, you need one hexa and one penta-perfect mon to breed together. Give the hexa a power item to cover up the pentas missing IV, let the penta hold Destiny Knot.
The Power item will always transfer the corrensponding IV, but Destiny Knot can overlap it, so you still have that 1/6 chance of getting it right.
However, if the Destiny Knot DOESN'T transfer the IV which you attached the power item to, you'll net yourself a 6IV pokemon.
You'll most likely end up with a bad nature because no Everstone, though.
But you'll have an excellent breeding parent.
