This is the /vp/ Tournament thread.
You may have seen us before, but if not, let me give a little summary. A board-wide tournament is being held to see who is the best battler on /vp/. It is a double-elimination OU, but trainers of all kinds are welcome to sign up. The tournament has open registration, and at the time of this post there are 39 participants so far.
The tournament will take place through challonge.com/VPT, where you can go to register and check the rules more thoroughly. The battles will be on Pokemon Showdown, and we'll be linking all of the replays as they happen, so if you don't want to participate but do want to watch, just keep an eye out for our future threads.
Whether or not you think you have what it takes to be the best of /vp/, I encourage everyone to sign up. The more the merrier! Feel free to ask any questions here. If you have a challonge account, you can also PM me there, but obviously you will get a faster reply in this thread. Additionally, if you know anyone that would be interested in testing their skill, tell them about this tournament!
