I swooped in on an auction last second and intentionally bid the full Canadian MSRP because I knew no one else would want to buy them for it. Funding wasn't the problem, but said funding wasn't going to them.
Though yes, as someone who is not a poorfag, I've bought plenty of games and food and books and soap and any number of other products I wasn't sure about or was even thinking I'd never like/get used to.
Sometimes I was wrong and they've become staples for me like The Binding of Isaac and remake (which I've got like 2500 hours into across platforms now) and general tao chicken/chicken korma (both of which I make myself about once a month or so now), and sometimes I was right and had to eat the mistake since I don't bother returning shit.
