It'll obviously be some rival fighting and may or may not involve some other trainers. Considering how evil he seems to be, I wouldn't be surprised if Bede is taken out of the running by plot before the Cup happens.
So it'll still be pretty much the E4, but instead of it being 4 random super trainers with single types, it'll be your rivals and maybe one or two random super trainers. Honestly, sounds better than the plain E4.
