Down B - Spikes - Lays down spikes. All opponents receive 10 damage every time they touch the ground. Can be stacked for a total of 30 damage. Applies to whole stage and never wears off.
Side B - Stealth Rock - Lays down sneaky pebbles. All opponents take 10 damage each time they jump or are knocked into the air. For every extra jump beyond a typical mid-air jump that a character is capable of, 10 more points are added to this damage (i.e., Pit takes more damage per jump than Bowser). Applies to whole stage, and never wears off.
Up B - Whirlwind - Boosts Skarmory upwards if in the air. All opponents within range are bounced into the air, taking stealth rock damage if stealth rock is on the field, and spikes damage when they land if spikes are on the field. The range is about half the size of Final Destination.
Final Smash - Taunt - All opponents are taunted, and can only attack with A moves (no specials, no jumping, no guarding, no rolling).
