I mean like hell units such as Enma were relevant enough to justify being limited. Same goes for Victor or other main character units.
Honestly as a day 1 player, getting endless dupes is tiresome anyway after you got nearly everyone maxed out. It be a nice refresher to expect something new in the general pool.
