>>50408519>>50408667Well for starters the animation is pretty piss for most of it, I struggle to think of any particularly impressive cuts while the Ashnime actually does have a few once in a blue moon.
Secondly, the pacing is horrid. Why spend an entire episode on Lavender Town when they don't even have time to do 6 of the 8 gym leaders? Why do we get a cliff notes version of the Elite 4 and champion in the last episode and then spend more than half of it on Mewtwo?
Third, this is more of a petty complaint but I hate the Origins designs, I wish they'd stuck closer to the originals.
It's not really a lot, but it's mostly the pacing that really bogs it down a lot.
Despite its faults I would indeed say Indigo League is a better adaptation of the Kanto games than Origins.
