Shelshockr evolves along the way, and we get to Vincent. Oh and by the way the Gym Trainers have illegal movesets like a Wartortle knowing Bubblebeam and Double Team at Lv. 15.
His team consists of Staryu, Floatzel, and Lapras. Shelshockr's Bite takes care of the first two, and Furbait took out Lapras with an Endure+Reversal, netting me the Symbol of Purity, because I'm sure we all believe Wallace is a virgin.
