What would be the optimal EV and IV investments for these Pokemon?
Gourgeist - I'm thinking either Careful/Adamant with 252 EVs in Sp. Defence and Splitting the rest between HP and Attack for that bulk.
Mega Gardevoir's trouble though, should I just focus on Sp. Attack and Speed like normal Gardevoir, or is it feasible to buff out the HP instead of Sp. Attack since her base stat is so fucking huge? Timid either way.
