As someone who doesn't play with Exp Share I reached the E4 with 6 underleveled Pokemon and was mostly not equipped to deal with those teams, but Minior sweeping 2-4 Pokemon per battle basically swung it all in my favor. To their credit, the teams they had were thoughtful enough to have a few priority users so it couldn't sweep alone.
