Beat the first trial without issue. Yancy put Gumshoos to sleep and nearly took it out after a couple of Wing Attacks. I had Mako come in and finish it off after.
Went on to Route 3 where I lucked out and found a Rufflet. Never used it before so I was intent on catching it. Yancy knocks it into the yellow but it calls for help. I proceed to cycle through my entire party trying to tank hits from two birds but it doesn't work. Lasa goes down accidentally and Rainytits went down after I managed to KO the other Rufflet. Caught the bastard with a Great Ball at least, but damn if that wasn't annoying.
