Is Houndoom not viable? I've been collecting every pokemon that can possibly Mega without really thinking about "viability" since it deletes everything 10 levels below it anyway.

I played the first season of Ninjala but quit shortly after. It was fun but I quickly found out just how much they wanted you to play to complete all the rewards and it just became another one of "those" games for me...
