I always liked eevees. In gold version, I wanted 6 eevees so I could get each evolution and keep an eevee. But I was clueless on pokemon and assumed you needed 2 eevees to breed them. So I transferred over my eevee from pokemon red but I ended up with 2 male eevees. Only found out 4 years after that in sapphire that you can breed pokemons with a ditto.
