Sort of an idea I had with the dragon guy; this picture isn't really a proposal, more a demonstration of an idea I had. Since so many people in Pokemon have funky hair I was thinking maybe Pendragon could have hair that kinda goes back like a dragon's horns. It could have less pronounced spikes in the back that are sort of like the spikes along the spine that a lot of dragons are commonly depicted with.
Sorry if this isn't well-demonstrated. Feel free to rip it apart, it was just a dumb idea I had.
Also funky eyebrows because we always need more funky eyebrows.
