None of the starters in SM anime have evolved, it's literally in episode 43.
And it's confirmed new pokemons, not just new forms, but new pokemons inside the new games. The switch games is either going to be a remake of DP or another alolan biased game.
One of those is going to happen, Gen eight can't be this early. So just wait until 2020 or 2023
