Lusamine is clearly an attempt to do this arc again in a way that actually functions since Lusamine is actually portrayed as a villain. Note that people genuinely hate USUM's changes because they try to make her "sympathetic" like ORAS was trying to do with Zinnia. You can't have your cake and eat it too unless you're trying to write something more nuanced than what the games have shown us. That's why the internal GF bios for all the characters have been a plethora of information we've NEVER known about that goes into the design of these characters. We don't SEE it portrayed in-game, and that results in the opinions
>>56771233Nobody reads PokeSpe so her getting fugged is just a footnote in Zinnia history. People just pass it around going "haha look the bad character was injured". And even then PokeSpe has gone to take insane liberties with game characters like Pryce so you can't really rely on it
