All the new terrain-affected moves, save Rising Voltage, require not only the terrain to be on the field but the user to be GROUNDED.
This means
Rowlet and Dartrix can't actually use Grassy Glide.
Natu, Xatu, Baltoy, Claydol, Levitate Bronzor, Levitate Bronzong, Woobat, Swoobat, and Sigilyph can't turn Expanding Force into a spread move or receive a boost in power.
Oh, and Levitate Weezing can't boost the power of Misty Explosion in misty terrain if anyone cares.
