Samurott is an excellent design and one of the few great designs from Gen 5. People whine about it being a quadruped due to the samurai theme but Samurott is a prime example of a case where form is more important than function. The fact is that Ohmura saved this line by giving it an aesthetically pleasing final stage, if Oshawott's 3rd stage were kept on 2 legs, there is no possbile way it would have ended up not looking like an overdesigned deviantart furry OC.
