I remember a brazilian Pokémon magazine that said that the only way to get all the legendaries in one save file would be start the game, play until you got the Master Ball, go catch one of the legendaries, trade your legendary to someone else, delete your save data and do it again and again, each time getting a different legendary, until you got all of them traded to your friend. Then you'd ask him to give back all your legendaries.
