You have over thousands of pokemon, and the ones getting thrown up first being the most known or populars ones as a demand would be a waste to give more attention to the other ones who would probably get a slightly higher reputation from getting featured on a team. Roy's capture of Wattrel raised the reception of the bird, shouldn't shock me if the predictable popularmons like Lucario will get featured later down the line to first focus on the Galar and Paldea mons, one of which will be Liko's first catch (90% sure of it).
