Reposting the second post regarding Azumarill since glorious Youkai Edition feat. Komasan thread got deleted.
This Azumarill is from Primal Clash. With a Double Colorless Energy you'll be able to use Dwindling Wave turn two if you just stick to attaching energy manually. The α Recovery trait also synergizes with this attack, since it lets you heal twice as much with Potions and Pokémon Center Lady and such things.
Why did they give Vaporeon EX a similarily shitty "strong" attack but not make it benefit from Double Colorless Energy and also not give it α Recovery. α Recovery + Rough Seas would've at least made it slightly less shit. ;_;>>28731557>TotT: Who's your favorite Monster?Hare is the cutest, so he's obviously the correct answer.
