>>57371561The problem with Sky Attack Moltres, and the problem with flying attackers in general, is that it only covers three types, two of which are already covered by fire-types. Not only that, but Charizard gets a significant boost in power from its G-Max to make up for what it may lack in power compared to Moltres. In max battles in particular, you also have to consider defensive types as well. If you're fighting a fighting-type that only learns fighting-type moves, you'll probably be better off using a ghost-type like G-Max Gengar. God forbid it's something like G-Max Machamp that learns Rock Slide and Stone Edge, at that point you might as well just use Metagross. I haven't even brought up the dynamax candy costs; I personally think I'm better off investing in a team of Shadow Moltres. Might as well wait for Starly or Rufflet.
>>57372789I'm farming XXLs for showcases, otherwise I don't really give a shit if two of my favorite bug-types get two of the worst charge moves in the game. I'll evolve them anyway just in case Steranka gives them other buffs, but Razor Shell and Energy Ball aren't doing either of them any favors.
