Charon had an ancestor in PLA - his name is Choy.
Jupiter didn't have one officially - although the female guards (if that's what they were, haven't played in a while) looked rather similar to her. Some people believe Melli is supposed to be her ancestor because he has a Skuntank, but eh... With how on the nose most other ancestors were design-wise, I personally doubt that's the case.
