In Gen 1 Pokémon in the US-(Red/Blue/Yellow)-are the starting stats of wild Pokémon all the same? Basically what I mean is, if I wanna role-play as Ash and catch a Pidgey, and I want the strongest possible one, do I have to farm for it and catch dozens to find the strongest, or do they all have the same starting stats and level up at the same rate?
