I would not buff this line too much because part of their appeal is their shitmons status. However I want to see changes that make their signature ability, Normalize, more fun to use. Delcatty’s main draw should be having a very wide move pool at the expense of having shit stats. I would give her more electric/ghost/ground/psychic type moves that she could make Normal type and hit Pokémon with them that are normally immune to such moves.
If I really wanted to give her a cool buff, I would change the Normalize ability. Instead of changing every move to Normal type, the Delcatty would have the option to use a move as their default type or as a Normal type upon selection of said move.
I think this change would make this line more fun to use. Again I would leave their stats unchanged because I’m not trying to make an Uber god or anything.
