Sniper as its ability, Stick now gives a 1.5x attack boost on top of its crit ratio boost. (That's not OP because Marowak is a much better Pokémon and gets Thick Club).
If I want to push it, give it a +20 to speed.
Maybe it'll be useable in NU or at least PU now.
