Dwebble make thier shells from the rocks in the areas they live in. This sometimes include highly ferrous rocks, meaning that when Maagnezone pass by, they may suddenly and unintentionally steal a shell off a Dwebble, or even take the Dwebble with it!
>Spinda/Dusknoir
While Dusknoir is known to drag Pokemon and people to Hell, it's unable to do so to Spinda. Some theorize that it has to do with Spinda's staggering walk messing with Dusknoir's aim, while others say that Spinda have never committed a sin, thus freeing them from Hell's reach.
