OK, so it's blatantly obvious that Grings Kodai was Pokemon's answer to Elliot Carver (with psychic powers to boot). Everybody knows that. He was also a pretty decent villain in his own right, but it got me thinking: what other Bond villains would make for good Pokemon villains? And if so, what sort of Pokemon would they use?
Their motives must be unchanged, with the exception of adaptation to the setting (i.e., Alec Trevelyan would be trying to EMP Saffron City/whatever instead of London) or toning down the violence (arrest/offscreen death).
And while we're at it, what sort of Pokemon would James Bond himself use?
