That's Lt. Surge and Erika done with! Decided to do Rock Tunnel before Surge so I could evolve Gooped, and once he destroyed the gym I figured I might as well tack on Erika as well in the update. Bendy Knee managed to demolish the entire gym, going from a fresh level 18 all the way to 24 before the match. The Erika battle itself was a little scarier, Bendy Knee managed to take out her Victreebel and Tangela singlehandedly, even curing a predicted Stun Spore from Victreebel with a held Cheri Berry, but after her Vileplume landed another Stun Spore and then a strong Acid, it was time to bring out Or Whatever to finish things off. I'm really enjoying this group of nerds so far, not quite sure on who to add to round everything out, but I'll figure something out, perhaps a Safari mon would do

Congrats on making it all the way through, and good luck with Alola (assuming that's where you're headed next), I hard agree on the slowness, but if you just look at the actual content the games are pretty stacked. Just the fact that the regional dex has 300 mons in it (400 in USUM) and that's before accounting for Island Scan, that's some great variety!
